Dinah Crellin BSc (Hons) MOS

IT Trainer / IT Consultant

Dinah has been involved with the IT industry for seventeen years, working with both businesses and private individuals in numerous IT roles.

Throughout her career she has been instrumental in the setting up and maintenance of a variety of software, hardware and networks. In these roles she has also been responsible for the Tuition in the use of the software and networks.

She has qualified as a Microsoft Office Specialist Master.

Her patient, approachable and helpful nature has, over the years, been the key to her success as an IT Trainer and Consultant. She had given technology confidence to people of all ages and levels.

After graduating with a Mathematics and Statistics degree from Portsmouth University, her IT career started in 1994 at The Burton Group head office in London where she learned IT Tuition skills, teaching a customised stock distribution, buying and merchandising system to staff.

After three years there, she went to work in Simmons and Simmons Law Firm in the City as an IT Trainer, Tuition Solicitors and secretaries on the use of standard and bespoke software.

A year later she went on to work as an IT Consultant for a Woking based firm. Whilst she was there she worked for many customers including Clifford Chance, Ericsson, Bacardi Martini, Estee Lauder, Colgate-Palmolive and British Oxygen (BOC).

After returning to her home county of Cornwall she worked for the NHS for a year before returning to another large law firm for six years as an IT Trainer and Support Assistant.

Her years of experience have made her aware of the level of support and Tuition required to meet the needs of the users of all abilities and ages.

She is also able to develop customised Tuition programs to suit either individuals or groups of users.

Being in the IT industry is perfect for Dinah as her passion is technology and her goal is helping others to embrace it.
